In this course you will learn techniques to identify what is hurting you, helping you, and healing you. You will learn to self soothe, advance through hard feelings, and gain a deeper understanding of how to stay calm, peaceful, and present.
The world will always be moving, and there will always be things that come up - It is helpful to have a tool belt full of ways to cope with stress. These techniques are all derived from ancient modalities and modern science. All that is required is an open mind, and a little bit of time dedicated to a healthy practice.

The CALM Program has been designed with 7 powerful modules that have real steps that you can use right now to change how you're feeling. Some of these are designed for immediate results, others are focused on helping you to change things for the future.
Each module has a short video that will explain the step and an expanded written explanation of how to utilize the step in your life and the purpose of doing so.
