SMS Terms and Privacy

Last updated: October 14, 2026

These terms apply to text messages sent by University of You, LLC ("University of You," "we," "us") from +1 888-559-3762. They supplement our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If anything here conflicts with those documents for text messaging, these SMS terms control.

Program: Free 30-Day B.A.S.E.S. Challenge

When you sign up at uofyou.org/bases-challenge and check the consent box, University of You will send you one recurring automated text message per day for 30 days. Each message is a short encouragement and a simple action for your morning routine (Blessings, Affirm Your Truth, Silence the Inner Storm, Exercise the Body, and Study). Some messages may mention University of You courses. You will also receive a one time confirmation message when you sign up, and replies to any HELP or STOP request.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency: 1 message per day for 30 days. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

How to opt out or get help

Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent. Reply HELP for help, or email support@uofyou.org.

Consent

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. You must be the account holder of the mobile number you provide, or have the account holder's permission. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

SMS privacy

We use your mobile number and opt-in information only to send you the messages you asked for and to respond to you. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, or consent with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. The only companies that receive your number are service providers that help us deliver the messages (for example, our text messaging provider), and they may use it only for that purpose. Any sharing described in our general Privacy Policy does not include text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.
